Hi and welcome to my personal web page. My name is Emin and I am currently a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Economics at Deakin University, Australia. I graduated from Colorado State University with a Ph.D. degree in Economics in August, 2007. My main research interests include public pensions/social security, life-cycle consumption and saving, optimal taxation and income tax evasion. I predominantly use dynamic programming (deterministic and stochastic optimal control) techniques in my research.
